Stowe Medical Group treats patients from age 18 to geriatrics. We offer comprehensive health services which include physicals for work, school, sports and well checks, vaccinations, small surgical procedures, sick care for all ages, along with other services our patients may require. PMSI’s diabetes education program has been accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment with one of our DM educators.

As a PMSI patient, you have access to our online patient health portal, FollowMyHealth. This is a free, self-service management tool that gives you complete access to your health record and the ability to communicate with your doctor’s office. All refill, referral and appointment requests can be submitted through FollowMyHealth. To receive an invitation to the portal, please contact your office or send an email to fmh@pmsiforlife.com.
