About: Faith Schlegel has been a Registered Nurse for 27 years, spending 6 as a chronic care nurse with a focus on diabetes. She is currently specializing in diabetes self management, diabetes prevention, and CGM and insulin pump use. Faith received her nursing degree, RN, from Chester County Hospital School of Nursing and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University. She is also a Certified Diabetes and Education Specialist and a Certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach.
Personal: Enjoys crocheting, knitting, or sewing, and water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding. Loves animals and volunteering with her husband at an organization for the unhoused.
